Pay Membership

This is where RETURN Members can pay your CLCA membership fee. Membership entitles you to a whole host of value regarding your Cottagers Association.

If you are unsure what your membership status is or recently purchased a new cottage lot please email the CLCA Inc. Membership Director for assistance.

CLCA Membership information is only used by the executive for business pertaining specific to your GRCA Land Lease Cottage Lot. You are able to opt out of CLCA emails if you wish. Member emails are never shared with 3rd parties.

The Membership fee ($150) is for the duration of February 1, 2026 - January 31, 2028 (2 years).

Proceed to log in (Top of page / center) - You will require your primary CLCA Inc. email and password.  Select Forgot Password if you do not remember.

Option #1 - Online (BEST OPTION)

Once you click the "View invoice online" (link in blue above) you will be advanced to a new screen.  Fill in the details and click the Pay $150.00 button.  Your secured credit card payment will be processed and you will receive an automated receipt to your email.  Your Association is also immediately electronically notified of your renewal.

Option #2 - Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) or Cheque (2nd Best Option)

EFT Payment should be sent to the CLCA Inc. Treasures email at shakey@wightman.ca which will automatically be deposited into the RBC CLCA Inc. bank account. The receiving financial institution is clearly outlined as the Conestogo Lake Cottagers Association Inc. **It is important to include your Cottage Lot # in the optional notes section of the EFT.  This verifies what cottage lot the $150.00 membership payment applies to.

$150.00 Cheque is to be made payable to: CLCA Inc. OR Conestogo Lake Cottagers Association Inc.

Again, be sure to include your Cottage Lot # and CLCA Inc. Membership in the notes section if you are sending a cheque.  Example: (Lot # 1234 - CLCA Inc. Membership)

EFT & Cheque payments are efficient for the treasurer, but please expect delays in payment verification from the membership director as EFT & Cheque payments are not linked to the membership system and manually need to be updated by the membership director.

ALL PAYMENTS (no matter what payment method) are required to be paid in full by March 15, 2026.  Fully paid Member Accounts will appear in the 2026 / 2028 Bi-Annual Membership Booklet.  Payments not received by March 15, 2026 may not appear in the membership directory due to timing constraints to print deadlines.  Membership directories will be distributed in the spring of 2026.

Fully paid cottager memberships will be recognized / retained until January 31, 2028.
